Okay.... he gave me an affidavit and put a stamp of "translator" on that affidavit plus on the translated english nama... I hope i haven't done any mistake ... :/

Its says.... All documents must be accompanied by english translation. When original documets are requested, notarised documents are not acceptable.

But in my ADR request letter they have mentioned that notarised is not acceptable

I have got it translated from saddar from a certified translator... and submitted too.... my concerned is here in this group i have read that they wont accept translated done from pak and should be done from canada :/

Hey did u get ur nikkah nama translation here from pak or from canada ? I did mine from pak but here i have read that it should be done from a translator in canada ... pleasw clear my confusion !

But in request letter they haven't mentioned anything like that it (translation) should be done from pak or canada .... plus i have got translated it here from pakistan and submitted to LVO as well ...

I had already submit them my nadra certificate.... in ADR they asked me to submit english translation of nikkah nama.... and it has translator stamp only because In ADR request letter it has mentioned that notarised not acceptable

You mean its fine if the translator didnt stamp my original urdu nikkah nama that i gave him for translation.... he only stamped affidavit and the english translation of nikkah nama that he translated his self ! I hope you understand what i am asking

Stamp is there on the english one that he translated his self and also on affidavit.... i am asking about the original urdu one he did not stamp the urdu one which i gave him for translation....
