137 days is from the date they receive your package the processing center I don't think its from when they open your package

I was in the same boat until Wednesday. Someone in this group suggested trying calling at 8:00 A.M which is what we did on Wednesday and got an option for a call back .. which we did and IRCC promptly returned that call in 15 mins where we updated the address and also asked questions on our file...
