got a call on my mobile from the cgc enquiring whether i have taken a loan, i replied that i have a scholarship. nothing alse was asked.

To send a case specific enquiry one can go to the link: www.cic.gc.ca>Find a CIC office > Canadian visa offices > Chandigarh, India..... and fill up the form.

dear harmanmeet, I had replied to your post about my case details before also. Check page2 of Chandigarh Applicants. sub.title was 'request to know the decision on my student visa application'.

I went to the VFS, they told me the same thing that they can't fax it. They have taken the letter for submission. I have also e-mailed a copy of the letter to cgc.

dear rupinder89 don't lose hope. we are also in the same boat. i applied on 5th july under univ.cate.without medicals, still waiting. submission of new apps. will stop on 20th. they will have to process all the pending ones.pressure must be there on those guys too.

I had gone to my consultants(canam) today, they have suggested that I should fax a letter through VFS to embassy.

Its given on their website that they will accept applications till 20th August for Sept intake.

Hey lovepreet, What is your interpretation of the CHC CHD's delay in processing of university category applicants? Do you think all the applicants would be through before the beginning of classes? Thanks

In these circumstances you should consult a good visa consultant, if you already don't have one.

When did you apply harpartap? Unless reason is given how do you know its a refusal letter? You shoud write to the embassy.
