@IrenaIrena Should both the primary and dependent sign the Annex? Or is it enough if the primary applicant signs the form? @MayAORWaiting Annex A is not sent as an attachment. You can find it when you scroll all the way to the bottom of the email.

I raised a CSE and also emailed CPC Ottawa. I received a response allowing me submit our passports to Ottawa office for visa. However, the letter very clearly states that we need to send "ALL" documents in one envelope, which is what we are planning to do. Hope this helps.
