I am not from New Delhi - ubt once you submitted your application to VO; you will wait for AOR which usually takes 5 months. Once you received the AOR medical request usually comes 1-2 weeks after. That is based on some October applicants - or like my timeline. Don't be frustrated.

You are right. As long as the applicant have the AOR, he/she can apply for BOWP.

A friend who has submitted application last June and take medical July of 2014. She received an e-mail requesting for their passports yesterday and her online (ECAS) - says Decision made.
