on pr tracker the eligibility show 'completed' but on ircc portal it still shows "we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements". should I be concerned?

We applied for trv June 3rd, today there is an update on the pr tracker to which eligibility is completed, background is still in progress. finger cross it will be completed soon, nothing has changed in our sponsor application.

Oh I guessed I missed that part then, anyone without a previous visa won't be eligible then...

I am interested as well since my wife's application was submitted last year's Sep, do you know or think by coming to Canada, will it change the sponsor application from outland to inland?

if your husband is in Canada, does he intend to go back at the end of his TRV? there has been a new announcement today from IRCC that outland spousal who is visiting Canada under TRV can apply for open work permit, but since it is still new, I don't know if by staying in Canada will it change...

was jan 28 the date you applied or is it the date ircc received your application? reason why i am asking is because these 2 dates are different. for my application, i applied in Sep 2022 but ircc only received it in Jan 2023, then aor was received in Feb 2023

your background check might get updated to 'completed' soon, follow by test invite shortly after

what is your timeline so far?

just noticed my background check changed from 'processing' to 'not applicable' in gckey, no bio or medical requests yet. anyone whose background check has changed?
