Did you enter on visa issued as study permit? If yes , why you weren't issued with a study permit at the time of entry which is normally the process?

If you forgot your your login details then security questions must answered correctly to unlock you GC Key. Otherwise you have to create new one.

Did your friend check the nomination from province if it has a letter to support WP application, if he is exempt from LMIA then why bother applying for it. Nomination would also be required .
