I guess this IRRC website is malfunctioning because my status which showed medical request and that I should see mail below for details has changed to We will inform you if medical examination is required. Has anyone experienced this?

I got my MR yesterday as well and request for additional documents but no concrete message giving directives yet.

Summary is that CIC confirmed me eligible and transferred my file to Accra and got there on the 8th August 2016. Accra has not done anything to it since then. Background check is the next step and this has not commenced yet

Eagle Eye, It is better you change her passport to avoid any controversies and unnecessary explanations that could cause delay or even disqualification. Mind you all her other documents must have same names as on the passport unless she changed her surname after marriage
