Did they do ink fingerprints or electronic fingerprints? They stopped doing ink fingerprints because of covid!

You mean for the BC PNP Express Entry Application? You do not need to submit payslips or T2. You can find a full list of the documents needed from you and your company on the BC PNP website.

To answer 1): They have to complete the Job Offer Form from BC PNP website. It's not a lot of additional information aside from the required documents. If your employer is willing to give you all the other documents, they should be okay with filling in the PNP Job Offer form. Maybe you can ask...
