You can join any college or university with study Visa as long as it is valid. Don't worry just apply to any college/university. If college/university give you LOA then you are good to go.

What are you trying to say? I got my Visa for the same college.

You can call to international admission department maybe that way you can get proper response.

Tell your agent to talk to college representatives as specially in case of Mohawk college, representative or college administrator do not answer to queries raised by students themselves. So, I strongly suggest you to tell your agent to talk about deferral letter with college representatives.
