It seems that they will start processing our cases in 2017?

I once called CIC and was got through to a really nice agent. She noted my call and write to CPC on behalf of me. Now one month has passed, still waiting, it doesn't help at all.

I can understand the high workload they are facing and all the delays. But at least they should give us some kind of "due date" so that we can make plans, especially for people like me who are staying and working in Canada. We need PR to find a better job and to have a stabler life.

Nothing! The agent, claimed to be "Chan" who I guess should be American chinese, says that as long as the case is in the final review stage there is now "due date". I will not call them any more. They all sound nice and patient but I got the feeling that it is in fact all fake, cold and mean.

Anybody knows what exactly is the "final review stage"? What are they going to review since all the checks have passed?

Last month an agent told me my due date is Sep.30th and I would get PPR very soon. Now it is middle October, still nothing. I called again. The due date changes to Oct. 30th. So, my conclusion is that the due date is a joke.

I'd love to pay triple to get my PR immediately.
