I think people do get separate email to register for tracker account. However, people are able to register with citizenship tracker way before they receive the second email after AOR.

I tried, but no luck. I am still getting message that incorrect information or information does not match with IMM5476 form. I did not submit any IMM5476 form. This was online application and i sponsored my minor daughter to become Canadian Citizen.

Did you receive seperate email from CIC about registring on tracker account? How long does it take to receive email about registering on citizenship tracker from AOR email?
