Not by calling but raised webform and GCMS notes on 05-Dec, currently waiting for both ..

I checked with IRCC agent mid-Nov and at that time, it was with Ottawa VO and Criminality - in-progress, Eligibility and Security - not started

@chakrat My case seems to similar to yours however previous biometric details are on profile but not updated in stages section. Is this same with you as well ?

I have raised webform on 05-Dec but so far no response to that for AOR 05-Sep-2020. Did anyone face similar issue ?

In such cases, can company force employees to file for open WP on their own, or they have to do close WP if PR application is in process and existing WP is getting expired ? Please help with this query @legalfalcon

No i didn't get any request for RCMP letter

Progress bar shows 50% - could this be in IP1 or IP2 ?

They have taken my last biometric from WP however bottom section is still not updated. So don't know if i need to give biometric again ? I did get refund for biometric amount.
