The link is correct. Sometimes its take time to get AOR but usually its received in less than a month and may up to 3 months or so. Is this your first application or you have previous history?
--An officer..... the risk of bias and unfair decision is high when reviewed by a single officer. Not sure how IRCC make sure this does not happen and applications are fairly judged.
I have seen in this group that people with failed refugee cases, were able to get their work permit extended even though they have not yet received first stage approval on their H&C cases. So I think you should be able to extend your work permit. Good Luck!!
Thank you Daka and same wishes for you too dear! Just a thought from my side while you are trying to find out if you can submit your new H&C application while your JR application on previous H&C is in process, why not use your all efforts and new evidences that you plan to submit in new H&C...
The information in the above link is mentioning application for H&C can not be made if a JR application has been made on previous failed refugee claim. However in your case, the previous application was not a refugee claim but another H&C application so I am not 100% sure. Other experienced...

I wish and pray you get positive decision on your H&C application before you apply for PRRA. However to avoid any unnecessary situation, i think it would be wise to go ahead and apply for PRRA. Best of Luck Robin220!
It seems we have same timeline. My H&C application is in 15th month now. Nothing passed , not even criminality. On my call agent told me about the due date of February 2025 which matches with yours as well! Lets see. Hoping for positive decision for all those waiting!!
