Usually it takes 6-8 weeks to get the invitation letter for oath ceremony from the time status is set to decision made. The application processing time is 12 months and will be well done within the time frame. No need to panic.

My parents applied for Super visa on Jan 3 and got their medical request on Feb 8th. Got the appointment to do medicals on 15th Feb. Typically how long does it take after the medicals are done. Thanks EDMPR

You have to call CIC before you plan a trip to India. You can travel to India but before coming back you might have to visit the Canadian Consulate and ask them to provide you a travel permit for traveling to India with your COPR papers. Hope this helps.

Hi guys a quick update... Submitted PPR on 9th September and just got the PPR today... it takes 3 weeks to get the PPR back... Now preparation for landing begins..

Congrats to all those who got PPR. Happy that coolhyd got the PPR. I got an update on CIC Account after PPR, that the application is closed and approved. Guess I would have to wait until I get CoPR.
