If your letter does not mention your duties and responsibilities, your application will most likely be rejected. Almost 100%, because this a a basic requirement for proof of employment.

If you have enough points without mention the 2-month employment due to week reference letter, it is totally fine to not include it in your profile. You can put it under the personal history section though. You don't even need to write an explanation letter for this.

Now I understand. In fact, the only thing we need to submit for proof of employment is the Reference letter. Other things are not required, they act as supporting documents only. However, if you are not sure about some proof of employment, I think you can add one more along with a reference...

That's a temporary UCI. Everyone has the same, It would change later on to the actual UCI (which is on the visa or work permit) when they start working on our applications.

You should put everything into one LOE so it would not confuse the Visa Officer when they work on your application.

CIC does not ask for pay stubs. They are optional documents. I have all the pay stubs so I submitted them all. It's totally up to you.

If you already had one-year of Canadian work experience under the NOC O, A or B to be qualified under CEC and received ITA, whatever you are currently doing now does not matter. You don't need to maintain working under the NOC O, A or B after ITA.

It would be better if you can get a letter with the details in Canada. Because it would be easier for CIC to contact and verify just in case. This is only my opinion.

Are you now not working? If you are not working, decline this ITA and accept the other one, your case is still the same, which is missing 2 weeks to complete 2 years experience. It would be only different if you start working again. In my opinion, it should be fine to accept this ITA and submit...

ITA received before completing 1 year Canadian work experience

If next month is your 2 years experience. It is okay to accept this ITA, you don't need to decline. What you have to do is to wait until you complete your 2 years and submit your application.

ITA received before completing 1 year Canadian work experience

Next month is your 1 year experience or 2 years? If next month is 1 year experience and your CRS score is safe (I mean it is high enough). You should decline the ITA and wait until next month to get another ITA. Applicant must meet minimum requirements for CEC at the time of ITA. If next month...

I don’t have a format of the LOE, but just write down in detail the reason why you can’t provide the PCC.

If you want to claim CRS points for his education, you have to get his education evaluated. If you don’t claim any points, you don’t need to.

No. CEC applicants are not required to provide proof of fund. Just attach a LOE saying that you are invited under CEC program. That’s what I did.

You can submit your application by May 29th. If you want to wait more, it’s totally up to you but not necessary. Many people on this forum have done the same, do some research and you will see their post. You have 90 days to submit your application.

I have seen this question many times. The most common answer is that you should wait until May 29 to complete your 2 years exp and submit your application. You can prepare your documents during this time. There would not be any effects on your application as you already met the minimum...
