I sent in Oct, and haven't recieved AOR till now. It's very very delayed right now. Hope it picks up in Jan.

If your application status is that your file is pending with the Indian Consulate at Toronto, you can write a mail to them stating that you want to visit India and if possible can they process your application ASAP. They normally do it. I and couple of my friend here in Winnipeg have done that...
