Was also wondering if you can tell me were you spousal application? since it took about 3 months for you to get the CSQ, does the rest of the application (federal side) stay on hold? Medicals & Background checks?

Hello, I applied to sponsor my spouse outland application, I received AOR on the 26AUG and SA on the 27AUG, they transferred my file to Mexico VO. It has now been one month since AOR and I have not gotten any medical request or background check started. Im just wondering is that normal? Anyone...

Oohhh I see, that's strange indeed. I would definitely keep trying to call and see what's going on with that I got my SA approval in my email a few days after AOR.

Well every case is different, yes usually the medical comes after but I think you need to do the medical within 30 days of IRCC requesting it. I'm not sure if doing it in advance will be beneficial for you. If you give them medical results from 3 months ago (example) they may not accept that...

you stated earlier that you have received AOR & SA in July is that the case? if you have SA then you should apply for the CSQ

When you get SA thats when you apply for CSQ. When you apply for CSQ you must include the letter of your SA from Canada in your CSQ application
