1500 unlikely, Ontario only have 900 more left from their Quota and I doubt in last 28 days all 900 have been issued. So keeping in mind other provinces it will be around 1000-1200.

Happened in July and August with 459 and 457 respectively. If you can improve scores go for it if not there is nothing you can really do about it other than waiting and hoping.

Don’t give up it will come down. First Quarter of 2020 will have lesser PNPs which will allow scores to drop.

Agreed Ontario has already issued enough NOIs to meet their yearly nomination Quota. Unlikely there will be a new draw before 2020.

Remember one thing this target is for actual PRs and not ITAs. Like you said they issued ITAs well in excess, many ITA from 2018 would have gotten PR in 2019 so they may be well on way to meet target 2019. Hence no need to exceed like last year. Besides our assumptions are just assumptions only...

Just to clear one thing even with 5 draws at 3900 CIC will exceed its target. Number of Invitations Already issued: 67,800 Invitations with 3900 ITAs for 5 draws: 19,500 So 2019 ITAs will come to: 67,800+19,500=87,300 2019 Target is 81,400 so invitations in access would be: 5900
