Seems like anyone assigned to Sydney is taking awhile. I wonder what makes an app assigned there while others are processed quicker.

Do you have a group number there too? We have the same timeline. I think E-grant mean that it is on a pile somewhere. Don't quote me on that though. Some locations will say E-Grant Ready to Review which is what we want to see.

No, it still says completed. But notes say Clearance request RCMP/CSIS - Y I don't know if that means the enhanced security request that takes 8 months or more. I'm just confused as to if they did order that for me, why didn't I get a FP request and why my BG completed right away.

RC8090 is Sydney office, not a specific agent however, it's like a ghost office.

Is this the one that says in the notes Clearance Request - RCMP/CSIS - YES In my case I'm wondering why I didn't get a fingerprint request, background cleared quick but then they're requesting the clearance?! Just seems weird to me if that's the case.

Is the Security screening different from the background check? Doesn't everyone go through a security clearance?
