Finally, Received a Ghost update...!! Only thing on my file was left security, I hope it is completed or started..!!

Call on Monday around 7.55AM & hopefully you can will be able to talk to a real agent. They only have update information about your file. You can also order GCMS notes from CIC about your file. But it take almost one month and a small fee also apply.

Same here, my last update was on June 20. After that no update, I mean security still not started same VO Ottawa.

I’m also in BC. I tried almost one week to talk with a real person. Finally got sucess last Wednesday.

Don’t worry my AOR is 21st April. I’m also waiting for my decision. Try to call Cic around 07:55AM, there more chances your call will be transferred to an agent. Ottawa is taking a little extra time than other offices for sure. Around 3 to 4 Months.

Only security was left and was not started as per agent last week. Everything else was passed. My office is also same Ottawa and my AOR is 21st April.

Same day I called to agent and same reply was for me from them. My representative's email address is in my GC key account. I will call them today. may be they received email today?

No, It's not like that. Yes, you should call them. I am pretty sure you are also one those candidates whose security is pending rest is passed. Only way to know that is by calling IRCC. Good Luck
