The question reads "total years of skilled work experience" with no reference to foreign or domestic. So how did you conclude foreign? I would think total means all work experience regardless of where the experience was gained. I happy to be corrected if I am mistaken. Please clarify.

What exactly is the PR threshold that you mentioned? I noticed a few other people also saying X score to pass the PR barrier. I got 10,11, 8, 8 as my scores so is this above or below threshold? I am an NOC A category.
