You need a job offer letter that says your job will be valid for at least 1 year post your PR.

@Daren2023 posts weekly updates about ppl's timeline (for those who come forward & report). Other than that March AOR's seem to be progressing slower than Jan & Feb ones. And now we have the strike starting. Brace for processing delays I'd say.
