    <<<<<<<<<<MARCH 2023 AOR>>>>>>>>>>

I think the agents/ case officers forget to update statuses. Nothing else can describe this kind of anomaly. It is notorious that ppl don't get updates and still receive PPR mails. If I were you, I wouldn't worry about Biometrics of all. To me - eligibility completed is a big step. congrats!

Yes, time will tell that who is hurting more & breaks faster - the employees or the govt. or maybe even a midway for both! Whatever it be, fingers crossed for speedy resolution!

    <<<<<<<<<<MARCH 2023 AOR>>>>>>>>>>

Well the EE PR is processed by (Federal govt) permanent employees of IRCC who are stationed in Canada; thus possibility of delay or shutdown till resolved. Only the permanent employees are on strike. The domestic based contractors of IRCC mainly work on visit, study and work visas. They were...

Do I (a postdoc) need a new job offer to get arranged employment 50 points?

Yes - i agree with you on this. But since he says he has job offer letter already in place, i am assuming he has worked around the LMIA/ exempt technicalities. His question revolved around his expiring offer & he has been posting across threads :) The link is quite explanatory for all the...

Do I (a postdoc) need a new job offer to get arranged employment 50 points?

It should be an official doc, so on company letterhead only. For more info: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/offer-employment.html

    <<<<<<<<<<MARCH 2023 AOR>>>>>>>>>>

@Daren2023 posts weekly updates about ppl's timeline (for those who come forward & report). Other than that March AOR's seem to be progressing slower than Jan & Feb ones. And now we have the strike starting. Brace for processing delays I'd say.

    <<<<<<<<<<MARCH 2023 AOR>>>>>>>>>>

I have personally travelled over 15+ times and even my spouse. I really hope travel history checks aren't very time consuming. I am yet to cross eligibility stage, its quite a nail biting situation to keep waiting in a limbo. I wanted to ask if ever there could be a change of status's shared by...
