That's normal. It's the officers working on your file internally when you don't see an update despite an email telling you there is one.

Did you call the call center to get the appointment? Is it just any CIC office that takes the appointment for landing?

I have a question - When you get your passport request by email, they specify that you need to purchase 2 letter sized envelopes. I decided to purchase 1 letter sized and 1 standard size. Standard fits inside letter. Anybody else do the same as me?
