Thanks, I believe cuban nationals require visa travelling to most countries, including Mexico. There used to be a dedicated panel of physicians in Havana for medical checkups, however its not available now. At this point no solution to this as I am trying to help a friend with his family...

Thank you, the current VO for cuba applications is in Mexico, but there are no flights to that country from Cuba not sure what to do as the medical is needed. Cheers
