    I'm inland and used canadapost. Tracking info showing delivered, however, not indicating anything that who received/signed the envelope.

    Just called them again. She said there is no note that passport has been received. She ask me to call at the end of next week if still do not received the passport back.

    I submitted RCMP but it was expired (issued more than 6 months prior to aor). I went through IP1-NA-IP2 , per my understanding from forum, this process applies to those who doesn't submit rcmp updront.

    I submitted RCMP Certificate from last year, I believe its expired because rcmp has to be within last month six months. Not sure if that helped.
