Hi. You can check the phone number from ircc’s website. You may google it by keywords “cic call center”. However, call center is not answering the calls at the moment. You need to raise a webform if you would like to learn your application status.

Hi. In their call centre page it was writing April 2 before. Few days ago when I checked the webpage again, the date was removed. Best option is raising a webform when needed.

You can call ircc after april 2 or you may raise a webform. They have an official announcement on their call center page.

Hi. I am currently waiting. When I called two weeks before my eligibility was review required. Today I have received a ghost update. Even though they do not distribute any pprs it seems they continue processing. Let’s keep our hopes up, and wish for the best.

Your IELTS expire date is later than aor, so i suppose you should be fine. I also never got update for a long time. I called ircc few days ago.my aor is 17oct and my eligibility status is review required. You may consider calling ircc for your application status and may ask your question. Good luck.

Hi, don’t worry. Many people have similar case with you. Oct 17, FSW-Outland. No ghost update and no adr after medical&biometrics are completed. It seems ircc is focusing on the earlier applications. Let’s wait and see, and hope for the best:)

Your application status changes to “updated”, but when you check it you see no change. After that you see your status as “submitted” again. It happens when there is a progress in your application.
