I do not apply for that I’ve been in Canada for 5 years and I’ve worked and have a very experienced in some fields but my wife is sponsoring me…… but if the CBSA insists would they let me go with my family? I can’t leave my son or my wife here alone to suffer

Please I need an answer to this question… why would a CBSA officer issue a deportation order to someone who has not committed any crime but his refugee claim was denied….. because I only see that a person can be issued a deportation if such person committed a serious crime in the country…...
