Yes, I know it's really getting difficult nowadays to connect. I was trying from morning yesterday and when it got connected the wait time was 90 minutes. Try to connect around 1-4 PM. Best of luck.

Thanks. My Primary VO was Ottawa till Dec, 21 end and the file was moved to Edmonton in Jan first week. Till yesterday the primary VO was Edmonton as confirmed by the Agent.

Guys... Finally, it happened, and got the portal mail from Etobicoke office. AOR - 15 Sep File was at Edmonton Security was not started till 2nd march and got passed on 3rd March which is why I had got the GU. Best of luck to everyone who are waiting and we all should get it soon.

Congratulations... Good that Edmonton is also sending portals. Mine is stuck too at Edmonton. Did you get any GU recently or any ADR requests?

And this client support really sucks the blood and energy. Have not been able to connect forever.

@GandiBaat Hope you're doing good. Did you also receive this mail? When you got the last GU did you call the client desk and then got the confirmation mail or got later?

Received this mail which says "We successfully received your document for EXXXXXXX" We got your document. Thank you!. Checked the account and there was an Application profile/updated but no changes. ADR for schedule A form was submitted on 9th Jan and the status was changed to "Not Applicable"...

Then, in that case, I believe your file would have moved from Edmonton (which is rising up now) to local VO for the portal mail. Good to know that. Thanks.

Your Review of additional documents gives me hope that mine also says Not applicable after submission of ADR for schedule A form since 9th Jan 2022. What's the mail ID you got the portal mail? Was it from Edmonton VO or somewhere else?
