My ack date is Oct 5th but it still shows under process.. Not too sure but I think for Vancouver processing time is 30days after ack, not sure why.. keeping fingers crossed hope to hear something soon

Yes please much needed.. I have applied for Evisa (Sep 19th stuck in processing) OCI (since Sep 27th in processing at Vancouver consulate).. Do you think I should apply for entry visa? I have to travel atmost by 10th Nov to India.. And I don't know what else should I do? Already paid for...

Can we apply for entry visa from somewhere else? Like if we go via Dubai can we apply from there? Anyone has an experience

Totally agree as I have paid for Evisa/OCI/open ticket charges and now thinking about entry visa as my trip is really urgent :( on top I know I will paying for ticket date changes :( financially and emotionally draining roller coaster this is :(

Oh I had no idea they will retain my CDN pp.. So if my OCI or Evisa will come before entry visa again I will be stuck.. Oh my gosh this is all so messed up :( So one way or other I have no choice other than to wait for OCI or Evisa

Has anyone seen latest update on HCI Ottawa site? What is difference between Entry visa and Evisa?

I have to be in India by 10th to do arrangements and attend my sisters wedding.. my mom is all by herself there and she is panicking right now :( I am so heartbroken.. But still havent lost hope for Evisas. I pray they act on there statement and open is soon :(

Oh that is what I was hoping.. I am still hoping that before I do any changes in my ticket they resume evisas :(
