just you have to fill schedule A and sign it , I think security check is done and they will review your application once more before visa issued but indian visa office always send MR and PPR together which mean background check has finished

Yes I recieved email through my lawer, and the original documents recieved by my lawer he will sent them to me they request update police cert. bank stat. and filling forms as well the medical doc.
