Yes, my course completed, and got the transcript as well. But a Student visa is still valid until Sep2021 and there is no use since PEI province not allowed inside. So I have to apply from India only.

Yes, your right ... I checked the indirect flights and noticed today my province PEI does not accept the student for summer intake and they advised me to do PGWP from India. So I don't have any option and want to apply from India only.
