600 points OP asked for is for LMIA....Canadian experience points are different and are mutually exclusive...i mean you can have LMIA points but no canadian exp points or vice versa.

i agree fully, though i was trying to avoid any further delay ( i waited 10 months for LMIA and got rejection unfortunately...). So may be i would pull back my EE profile (or not accept ITA if i get one in coming weeks) and add my spouse Degree evaluation papers + IELTS.
