Just google your province MP(s) and get in touch with him/her explaining your case situation and ask him/her to help you check your application status. He will replies to you.

Actually the " Bring Forward" date is a computer generated system, which is irrelevant to the application processing.

I don't understand the reason why they are doing this. In my case, my application is complete and nothing else to be done on it except DM and PPR and Visa. I passed everything.

They check your travel history, your criminal history in your home country and where you have resided for more than 6 months, they check to see if you are not a threat to Canada, if you are affiliated with any gang organizations,...and so on. As for me, i don't know if they check my job...
