Has anyone tried mail.transcript post the process change? Are they reliable? can they pull off the task of asking universities send the transcript to WES directly? I am in the process of ECA and have to go through a 3rd party route as I am not in India. Please suggest. TIA!

Also, I applied for my Wife's open work permit on the 18th of Feb, nothing moved with her application since then. Does open work permit also get rejected? even for the spouses of ICT WP holders, any info would be appreciated, getting little worried because of this delay.
