My PR card also approved on July 20 and mailed the same day. Got ghost update 2 days back. Landed 2nd week of March 2020. Thanks guys for all the updates you posted here which made the whole wait much more bearable. All the best to rest of you.

I checked it on Friday but there was nothing. On Saturday I didn't checked. Then I checked Sunday right before I posted here, and it was there. So it was either Saturday or Sunday.

Finally, I got ghost update too. I landed 2nd week of March 2020.

Thanks for sharing the info. Being without PR card for this long, at times I get doubtful about my PR status itself.

That gives me an idea as to how out-land first PR card estimates perhaps are being calculated. The open offices will keep issuing cards in 14 days, while closed ones will not for 170+ days, and we get to see combined average of those numbers as processing times.

Is there any out-land PR card applicant here who landed in Feb 2020 or earlier, yet still waiting on receiving their 1st PR card ?

The thing about virtual COPRs for in-land applicants was news to me, thanks for sharing. My greatest fear is that after 110+ days of waiting for out-land first time PR card applicants, they come back and ask for a fresh picture because they found some problem with it.

New PR card processing time now at 95 days.

The odd thing is the CIC status still showing "Submitted" for March landers.

Now the processing time for new PR cards is 103 days. I'm on 90+ days, yet no activity in CIC account, status remains "Submitted".

Sorry, I do not know that much about SIN. As far as the address is concerned, I would use the address that is most reliable. I've heard of many cases where relatives/friends have opened confidential mails, and SIN is pretty damn confidential. Use your judgement.
