It all depends on the number on PNP profiles in the pool. If they are 1500+ , we might see 480 but lower than that will keep the score in 470s.

You are right, just checked the frequency of draws and they missed a draw in July as well as there were 3 Wednesdays in that month. Thank god we are not coming across another 3 Wednesday month this year but damage has already been done. We should expect another missed draw in April next year...

You are right! One of my office colleague got an ADR just a week back and CIC was asking for further explanation for the reason he provided not to accompany his spouse. His AOR is September 2018 so he is well past 12 months time so might be true that there are delays.

I consider it an artificial inflation to accommodate graduating students who are applying from inland. They usually have higher scores so might be possible they are trying to keep CRS at that level and get people from inside rather than from all over the world.

Sadly with a no draw today, even people below 465 are unsure right now.
