    A subtle advice to most of u waiting for medical forms or others... U can try to create a sort of indirect reminder to the Niagarafall email... See... Submit other documents or if u have submitted, make a slight reference to it and say u are awaiting the next line of action. It has been working...

    You know... It is not slow. I think it is just some exceptional cases cos I know someone that submitted on April 10. Got AOR 4 weeks later and AIP last week. That was really fast

    I have someone with a similar case. Application processing since Feb 18. Very similar to what u described. Only he nor the employer has heard anything from immigration.

    Ac Actually.. I think it does. You see... I have a pending refugee claimant that submitted April 10 and got her AOR and today just informed me she got AIP. I think it is cos they don't have to look too deep. I also have a failed claimant that have been in processing since Feb 8 and no AIP yet

    Yes. A colleague of mine mine did. She has not done any hearing. So she was ask to withdraw her claim in 21 days. She faxed to RBD her request stating urgent and attached a cover letter with it. Then she emailed ircc to extend from 21 days to 40.days to give her time. When the withdrawal was...

    They must have sent it before AIP but I recieved it the same day I got AIP email. But it was a mail not email.

    I recieved such letter from RBD. They said ircc informed them of my application and so my refugee is on hold until they hear from ircc. So u should know ircc send to RBD and RBD took action.
