Has anyone tried calling IRCC for updates? if yes, then where did they call, LVO or Canada?

Hello @legalfalcon I had requested Gcms through getgcms on 28th Oct 2020 and recently i rcvd 90 days extension email. what is that all about? is it really true as I do see people getting their gcms within 30-35 days. please advice
