    AFAIK PRTD is not flight-specific at least not in my case. You might need Travel Authorisation Letter also in today's scenario which is flight-specific.

    that's true...I applied for PRTD in June and got approval within 10 days. They provided the PRTD as a letter no need to send a passport. I travelled to Canada using it with no issues.

    I am also in a similar situation COPR 1st June and still waiting for my PR card. I guess Edmonton ofc is not processing any application. I know someone who sent the photos around 14th June to Edmonton ofc got his PR card around 1st December.

    Got COPR on 1st June, my photos reached the Edmonton office on 3rd July since then waiting for my PR card to arrive.

    I am also in a similar situation. My photos reached the Edmonton office on 3rd July 2020 since then it is showing submitted. Tried webforms and called them a couple of time always got the generic response that its a matter of time. Please let me know if you get any response.

    Thanks, I called them 2 weeks back got the generic reply that it's a matter of time, due to the pandemic they are working with reduced staff etc etc.

    Are you waiting for your OINP application to be approved or you applied for Express Entry PR application? If you are waiting for PR status then raise a webform to get the status IRCC usually replies in 5 days.

    Hi...I have gone through the same situation. I got my PR 4 days before my travel and they didn't allow me to board the flight. I had emailed to Delhi embassy for creating PRTD and got it in a week's time.

    Hello...I would suggest to get it clicked by a professional photographer I did the same, Immigration is very imp thing you should not take any chances. Keep everything perfect from your end it will help in faster processing of your application. All the best. Cheers
