May I ask what is this rejection rate you mention? What is it about? But in general I agree with you :) and I am hoping this will be translated into a draw this week.

Target can be surpassed, as it was the case for the past years :) and if what was planned go through, we should have ITAs more than last year! Draw happening this coming Wednesday will be a big clue if they really are intending to surpassing last year.

It was quite frustrating ... but I'm hopeful for the next draw ... if they didn't surprise us with another Federal one :p Jokes aside, I'm praying we will get one next week, for the sake of all of us.

Well let's see what happens next Wednesday .. a draw then would indicate that they, at least, want to have an equal number of invitations as of last year. If that is what they officially announced as plan for 2019 I don't see why they would no go with it, since now they are in power.

I wouldn't worry honestly, after this one I would say you have a good chance of getting it and a great one by the 3rd draw.

I don't know why everyone is so worried, Cut off score will go up but won't skyrocket as some are worried it will do. Wednesday draw cut off score I believe will be between 470-475, next one should push it lower than 469. Difference between May and now, is that in May there was 4 weeks...

The truth is, no one knows, there is a good chance of score going back down to 450s, and a similar chance of it staying high or going higher! The best we can do is stay positive. 30th Oct draw will define how the year will end.

I truly believe we are overthinking things :) and all will be good .. I doubt draws can make a difference during election week and the wheel will keep on turning .. but who knows .. que sera sera .. will wait and see .. and good luck to all

Why does the gov shut down next week for elections? I always believed elections aren't a reason for anything to stop .. but maybe Canada is different.
