Correction: you do need visa if you dong have PR or a US visa. I spoke to them ans they confirmed this. Cuba doesn’t need Visa before going since it’s given to you either by airline or at entry or you could go get one, i think it’s walkin and it’s very easy and cheap

You do not need a visa to go to Croatia, i was there this summer, I visited Germany and Croatia visa free.

Yes i don’t the pr yet and went to Germany/Croatia, idk what transit or air transit is but i know that you can transit in Germany without needing a visa there, im not sure about India

If they are entering Canada then they shouldn’t have a problem cause the RTD is their entry document, i entered back to Canada when i went to Germany/Croatia with no visa no pr and just my rtd, just in case they should have their notice of decision with them

I used Air Canada, direct flight, honestly I didn't even call before, I know for a fact that Aircanada accepts RTDs, once you are in the airport just go to check in using the counter because the self check-in machines don't read the RTD, don't agents on the phone, are in a call center and...

Germany and Croatia are visa free, i visited both with no visa, just my RTD, make sure you book direct flights or beware of transit visas. I flew directly to both with only my RTD and had no issues.

No they have to do another stamp, cause you are entering a foreign country, Croatia is not part of Schengen, so he stamps it.

I took a direct flight to and from Toronto/Berlin with AirCanada, and from Germany to Croatia, I flew Berlin to Dubrovenik and back with airline EasyJet.
