Physical Presence 906 days with incorrect ATIP record- ADVICE NEEDED

Here's my guess as to what happened: There is no record of your entry as a visitor in CIC systems. CBSA probably does so the CBSA report would definitely help. Do you have an entry stamp in your passport for the 2010/Nov/01 date?

Were you living in Canada between 2010/Nov/01 (date you entered as a visitor) and 2012/Jan/12 (date of permanent residence)?

    PASSPORT GIVEN NAME ISSUE

I am curious how you ended up with a citizenship certificate that has an extra name if your birth certificate did not have it. Did you have the middle name on your PR card and on your foreign passport?

No, I think he meant: 1) applicants won't see an update in e-CAS (from received to in-process) until CPC-Sydney is almost ready to transfer the file to the applicant's local office, and 2) the in-process date and file transfer date will be pretty close I'm not sure if we can assume that's in...

However, under the new rules which will come into force later this year, you need 4 years of physical residency in Canada in the past 6 years. Under the new rules, the time...
