I think I will just wait for PPR and then act accordingly...I think I am thinking way ahead of the game

Because my application is in process now, I am scared to change anything at this point. Changing address may lead to confusion... may be its better to go in person and submit passport and then request to mail it back to US address.

I was just wondering, if the mailing address is sponsor's address in canada, and the applicant resides in US, how would the PPR work out? Would they mail the request to canadian address? If yes, can the applicant mail the passport from US to VO in US and have the passport returned back to the US...

Its certainly encouraging. But I am nervous too...Now that it is in process, I am constantly worried about information that my file may be lacking..Hope not..But scared..When do they receive medicals?

Mine doesn't say Medicals received. If the file is in process, does that mean that they have the medicals?

Got an update on e-case on Friday...In process..."We started processing your file on Feb 22, 2012" Anyone had their file transfer to NYC? How long did it take once the file went in process?

It took me abt 2 months in June 2011...I assumed that because its summer time and most ppl get married in summer, they took abt 8 weeks....i have had a friend who got in 1 month during winter month

My address disappeared on e-cas today..Wonder what that means?...AOR is Jan 4, 2012 and haven't received an update as of yet...

How long does it take for the file to be "in process"? AOR is Jan 4, 2012....No news today too on E-cas and e-mails:(

I am with you on this veronica.law. We sent in our application in Aug 2nd week. We received AOR on Jan 4, 2012. I am not sure how things are working out in Buf. Its frustrating to see that there is no queue followed with the applications. I am tired...Life seems to be on hold...
