I cannot access my ecas using the File number starts with E *****, using the old file number which starts with B**** I can access but my In Process Gone only Decision Made over there and they updated my new address. Same to me :o :o :o

When i submit a query to CHC Singapore regarding the decision made and 11 September 2011 letter , they only reply back saying "your file is pending review". Nothing else.

Does anyone know what is the actual meaning of the " your file is pending review" from the standard reply that we got from CHC.Does it mean ,our file is "in process" staus or they don't touch our file and in queue to process. Thanks and regards Banada
