just called CIC this morning 30 minutes waiting time agent said my passport still in their mailing room need to wait a little before sending to print:(

And about your sitiuation in your present residency if you apply in India make sure to update CIC if you are going to other country or else its a big mess

Just get new photo just to make sure they will not accept it anyway photos for ppr are cheap
