Fingerprint is not requirement when you submit an application, however they may require your fingerprint it means. they need to check your background on RCMP record. so, its a step to your background check, good sign meaning your file is progressing.......

Are they taking online oath? if so, does it matter if the applicant is in Canada or anywhere else in the world because they can still take online oath? My question is only for people who are exempted from the test. Any thoughts?
