If you received a letter that reads "I am pleased to advise you that your application for permanent residence in Canada is now complete. Congratulations! You are now a permanent resident of Canada!" you just need to send them your picture (and your family if it applies). That's it :-D Because...

Direct CoPR without PPR in CIC Account

I don't know exactly my VO but the e-mail was sent by CIC-Kitchener. I'm assuming I just need to get our photos and e-mail them and then after a long time our PR cards will show up right? Because they've never requested our passports or interviews.

Direct CoPR without PPR in CIC Account

Interesting. In my case I got an e-mail with letters saying I'm a PR now and should mail them our photos with UCI on the back, but when I log in to my profile the status is still submitted and it says they are reviewing my elegibility....

Got same email. No passport sent and no other documents received as well. On the attached documents there’s a CoPR document number, but never got CoPR letter or passport request. I guess it’s just email photos and wait 113 days for PR card...

Direct CoPR without PPR in CIC Account

Thanks for sharing! I’m gonna wait a day or two to see if something shows up on my account, otherwise I’ll mail them our photos with a copy of the letters attached to the email and hope for the best!

Direct CoPR without PPR in CIC Account

I guess I'll have to wait. My online profile says it's is still under review, so they might not have updated it yet. The part that got me thinking though is when it says "If you have a Confirmation of Permanent Residence (CoPR) document in-hand, please send it along with one photo that meets our...

They haven't asked for it, but I choose to send because of what I saw on my GCMS notes. Essentially one of the officials asked to review my EL, so I asked my employer for an updated version and sent them. I don't know if that made any difference though.

AOR oct 26. PNP inland Ontario. I’ve sent some Webforms with ADR (wife’s RCMP, address update and an updated Letter of employment). I requested GCMS notes last month and it looks like there’s no major concern on the notes.

@Cecapplicant001 that's normal and we should expect this, specially during COVID. In my case that was the message that disappeared this morning (I'm hopeful this means good things). In your case you shouldn't worry.

I forgot to mention, my progress bar was 100% but I'm still waiting for PPR (med passed, background, security and elegibility still pending on the site).

Logged in this morning to my account and the progress bar and info that it's taking more time than usual disappeared, everything else continues the same way and no GU. Does anybody see similar behaviour?
