    It is possible they are preferring people with active in Canada jobs even though it is not a requirement for Tech draws.

    Hello Friends, My EE PNP (AOR 5-Aug-2021) has been submitted online, however, considering the delays, I am deciding to file under CEC instead. What will be the safe way to do this? Do I need to withdraw my current EE PNP application before I create a new EE profile for CEC ?

    For my online application, I used only the front of the photo. I have never heard anyone using back of the photo in their online application.
