@Bryanna can it take some months or is it better to withdraw the application? Can there be SS in TRV? Will fees be refunded? No, they didn’t ask for any documentation instead I sent one PDF file before review started to prove relationship. I sent my father’s passport’s copy to prove it.

@Bryanna I wrote an email to know the status, I received response from CPC-Ottawa that file is under review and requires additional verifications. Processing time would be outside normal processing times. Is there anything to worry about?

@Bryanna all the changes occurred between 11.30am to 2pm ET, is the file being processed in Canada? Any idea at what time does CPC-Ottawa send decisions or PPRs? I remenber when I was waiting for PR, mine came at around 9.08 PM ET.

TRV application (Visitor) for grandmother.

@Bryanna I was anticipating a decision today or yesterday on an application. Application was submitted on 12th Nov. and the review of eligibility started and ghost updates came on Friday 17th Nov. within 2-3 hours.

@Bryanna Most likely it would be Switzerland as it’s an incentive tour for meeting business targets for the year. Ghost update within 2-3 hours of eligibility review is most likely a refusal or an approval?

@Bryanna Greece and Switzerland!! One more question, in visitor visa case if a person receives 2nd ghost update for ‘application updated’ few hours after review of eligibility has started, what can it mean?

Thanks a ton for your replies and your help for next application. Will keep in touch and take your approval before submitting documents. Also, he is going to travel to Europe in March/April next year so we will apply after his Europe visit is complete.
